Privacy policy
How Brick Refill handles information.
There are no accounts on this site, and it does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses or postal addresses.
1. Information stored only on your device
Your missing-parts checklist is stored only in your browser's storage (localStorage) and is not sent to our server.
We use only two cookies: your chosen language (NEXT_LOCALE) and shipping country (country), so pages are shown in the language and country you want. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
2. Anonymous statistics
When you press "Where to buy", the set number, part number and color, quantity and your country are stored anonymously for the "most often lost pieces" statistics.
IP addresses are not stored. To prevent abuse we store only an anonymous identifier derived from the IP that changes every day and cannot be reversed.
When you click a shop link we record the shop, set and part numbers, country and language. No personally identifying information is included.
3. Access logs
Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process access logs including IP addresses for security and operations. The database is hosted by Supabase (Tokyo region).
4. External sites and affiliate links
When you follow a shop link to another site, that site's privacy policy applies.
Shops in affiliate programs (e.g. Amazon Associates, Rakuten Affiliate) may use their own cookies to confirm purchases.
